Our procedure of delivery is to guarantee the recipient receives their product in a professional and timely manner. In the event the recipient is not home, we try to locate a neighbor and a call tag with delivery info and our company contact information will be left at delivery location.  If unable to contact the recipient or nearby neighbor, driver will bring back to the flower shop until contacted for redelivery.  Additional delivery charges may apply.
